Please enjoy the space responsibly. Maximum Occupancy: - The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. - Please do not exceed this limit unless we have agreed to additional guests staying. Cleanliness: - Please tidy up after yourself during your stay. If you use the kitchen or common areas, kindly clean up. Damages: - Any damages to the property should be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements. Parking: - Whilst we do not have parking on site, there is plenty of parking in the village. Safety: - For your safety, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Wi-Fi Use: - The Wi-Fi password will be provided at check-in. Please use it responsibly and refrain from downloading or streaming illegal content. Respect for Property: - Please treat our home with respect.
